Founded in 2025 by partners Nicole Brady and Patrick Hayes, Brayes was built around a simple idea: good property management not only requires focus — it deserves a team that is fully dedicated to it.

Nicole Brady brings the leasing and client representation perspective to Brayes.
With more than 15 years of leasing experience and a proven background running real estate teams, Nicole brings deep industry knowledge and hands-on expertise to every transaction. She previously established and operated a successful property management company in Southern California, giving her a strong operational perspective that benefits both owners and residents alike.
With experience spanning property management, contract-to-close coordination, and real estate operations, Nicole works tirelessly to ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the real estate process. Her goal is to be a true advocate for her clients — exceeding expectations through professional, responsive, and highly communicative service.
Nicole holds a degree in Organizational Communications from MTSU and has spent more than a decade working in Nashville real estate, helping deliver consistent, results-driven outcomes for her clients. A native Nashvillian, she was raised in Thompson’s Station and now proudly resides in East Nashville.
Meet Patrick.
Patrick Hayes brings the ownership and operational perspective to Brayes.
As a real estate investor, landlord, and general contractor in Nashville’s residential market for over 12 years, Patrick has spent more than a decade rehabbing homes, overseeing residential remodels, and managing rental properties firsthand. He has been directly involved in numerous renovation projects, ranging from light remodels to full gut rehabs, giving him a practical understanding of how homes function — structurally, mechanically, and financially.
Throughout his career, Patrick has managed his family’s portfolio of rental properties, giving him firsthand experience with leasing, maintenance oversight, budgeting, and long-term asset protection. He understands what it costs to maintain a home properly, what preventative care requires, and how quickly deferred maintenance can impact long-term value.
His background in construction has also allowed him to build a trusted network of established trade partners across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and specialty fields. These long-standing relationships ensure that when issues arise, they are addressed with competence, accountability, and clarity.
Patrick approaches every property with the mindset of an owner — because he is one. He understands the financial risk, the operational responsibility, and the long-term vision behind every investment. That perspective informs how Brayes manages each home: with discipline, transparency, and a commitment to protecting value over time.
